✅ 1. Consent to Film
By submitting the consent form, you agree that SixMedia.tv may film, photograph, and publish footage of the athlete at any event, training, or location where SixMedia.tv is present and filming.
This includes, but is not limited to, tournaments, games, showcases, training sessions, and public appearances — both now and in the future.
Content may be used for highlight reels, promotional material, social media, and future marketing.
✅ 2. Film Pass Purchase
The Film Pass grants access to exclusive footage captured by SixMedia.tv during the event.
Access will be delivered via a private portal or downloadable link.
One pass = one athlete. Not transferable.
✅ 3. Add-On Packages (Bumps)
Instagram Story Bump: Short vertical clips created for social sharing (1 per game).
Nationals Recap Feature Bump: Athlete will be guaranteed for inclusion in the final Nationals recap reel. Purchase does not guarantee selection.
Single Game Cinematic Edit: Your Athlete during one full game captured and turned into a cinematic-style highlight reel.
Full Tournament Package: Up to three full games captured with a cinematic highlight reel edit.
✅ 4. Deliverables & Turnaround
Raw clips and story bumps will be delivered within 5–7 business days post-event.
Cinematic edits take up to 14–21 business days depending on demand.
Delays may occur due to volume or unforeseen circumstances.
✅ 5. Editing Notes
Edits will reflect the best available footage.
No custom song requests or revision rounds included unless stated.
Cinematic edits include but not limited to, music, slow-motion, sound design, and professional color grading
✅ 6. Media Usage
You are free to repost or share your purchased content online.
You may not resell or license footage without written permission from SixMedia.tv.
SixMedia.tv retains copyright on all footage and may use it for promotional purposes.
✅ 7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds only provided if filming does not occur due to our error.
No refunds for change of mind, team benching, or if athlete plays limited minutes.
Add-on bumps are non-refundable.
✅ 8. Privacy
Personal data submitted (name, email, phone) is used solely for communication and delivery.
We don’t share or sell your data. Ever.
✅ 9. Updates to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services or platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
